Miradas alrededor de la cultura
En nuestro libro “Innovación 2.0” describimos las características de una cultura de innovación a través del diálogo socrático entre un directivo (John) inquieto y preocupado por dar un nuevo impulso a su empresa con un académico (Mike) convencido de que la Innovación ha de formar parte del ADN de las organizaciones con futuro.
En nuestro trabajo diario, seguimos investigando y reflexionando sobre cuáles son las Claves para la generación de la Cultura de la Innovación. Tenemos claro que la cultura es una consecuencia, y que para comprenderla –y poder actuar sobre ella- tenemos que mirar más allá de la cultura misma.
En nuestras news 2015 te invitamos a reflexionar con nosotros en busca de esta mirada alrededor de la cultura, para comprender cuáles son los mecanismos que condicionan la obtención de un tipo u otro de cultura. Glances around the Culture
In our book “The Discipline and Culture of Innovation” we describe the characteristics of an innovation culture through a Socratic dialogue between an unsettled executive (John) worried about empowering his company and an academician (Mike) convinced that Innovation must be part of the DNA of organizations having a future.
In our daily work, we continue researching and reflecting abut which are the keys to generate a Culture of Innovation. It is clear for us that culture is a consequence and that, in order to understand it and act upon it we must look beyond the culture itself.
In our news 2015 we will invite you to reflect with us on these glances around the culture, to understand the mechanisms influencing one or another type of resulting culture. We are proposing, as it cannot be otherwise, reflecting on how to achieve a true Culture of Innovation.
