Business innovation is a long JOURNEY©. There are many steps that need to be taken, but the first and main one is training. Without it, there’s no change; and without change, there’s not innovation culture.

Active Learning is one of the best ways to learn towards innovation. This holistic methodology puts special emphasis on practice, and not too much on theory, which only means a third of the entire training. Text-based material is fair enough and participants/employees are the real actors, participating in different activities and role plays.

La innovación empresarial es un VIAJE© de larga duración. Son muchos los pasos que deben darse, pero el primero y fundamental es la formación. Sin ella, no hay cambio; y sin cambio no hay cultura innovadora.

El Active Learning se presenta como una de las mejores vías para el aprendizaje hacia la innovación. Esta metodología holística y activa pone especial énfasis en la práctica y no tanto en la teoría, que sólo supone una tercera parte del total de la formación. El material escrito es el justo y necesario y los participantes/empleados son los verdaderos actores, participando en actividades y role plays.
