JUNE. What is so special about belonging to a team?

An old African proverb says that alone we get faster, but together we get further. The best is to get further and faster, enjoying the journey as all that the team does works effortless. Whereas this is possible, the perfect connection requires discipline, mainly in the communication area. 

Guessing the intentions of the other team members before they even say a word is an exhilarating experience. We feel stronger among them and we can help them to feel stronger.

JUNIO. ¿Por qué nos gusta sentirnos miembros de un equipo?

Un viejo proverbio africano dice que solos llegamos antes, pero juntos llegamos más lejos. Lo mejor es llegar más lejos juntos y antes, y disfrutar del viaje viendo como el equipo fluye con un esfuerzo mucho menor que la suma de los esfuerzos individuales. Esto es posible, pero la conexión perfecta requiere disciplina, sobre todo en el área de comunicación.

La sensación de intuir sin esfuerzo las intenciones de los otros miembros del equipo incluso antes de que digan una sola palabra es una magnífica experiencia. Por un lado, podemos ayudarles a ser más fuertes; por el otro, nos sentimos más fuertes entre ellos.
